Established in 1987 by Diane and Peter Thomas from their garage, Sterling upvc has grown in to a successful business with over 3000 customers in the South Wales area. Sterling UPVC are proud to include 2 former Lord Mayors of Swansea and local industries including Interserve at Corus, Llanelli and Afon Tinplate, Velindre amongst their customers.

We are FENSA registered self certification installers (REF 17446)FENSA stands for federation self assessment scheme - it was set up by the glass and glazing federation.FENSA insures that all replacement windows and doors fitted comply to current building regulations and thermal energy standards.When the time comes to sell your property, your purchaser's solicitors will ask for evidence that any replacement glazing installed since April 2002 complies with the Building Regulations. There are currently two ways to prove compliance:-
A certificate showing that the work has been done by an installer who is registered with FENSA or a similar body
A certificate from the Local Authority Building Control stating that the installation has been approved under the Building Regulations.
